Medical Assistant
+ BLS + Externship
Medical assistants provide direct patient care such as injections & medication, assist the physician with filing, recording, scheduling appointments, scan for vital signs and review test results. Our Medical Assistant + BLS certification program will equip students with skills necessary in utilizing the patient scheduling procedure for appointments and specialized testing. Additionally, students will gain vital Basic Life Support skills to effectively recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies.
Certified Nursing Assistant + BLS + Externship
Certified nursing assistants work closely with patients and nurses, assisting with various physical and complex tasks essential to patient care. Our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification program equips students with a solid foundation in client care-taking principles, the anatomy and physiology of the human body, and key healthcare processes. Additionally, students will gain vital Basic Life Support skills to effectively recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies.
Patient Care Technician + EKG/ECG
A patient care technician provides care for patients by helping with daily living activities, whereas EKG/ECG professionals perform diagnostic tests and aid physicians in diagnosing cardiac conditions. In this certification program, students will learn the skills necessary to assist patients in hospitals, medical clinics, assisted living environments and physician offices.
Medical Electronic Health Records + Office Administration
Interested in becoming a health information specialist or medical secretary? This program gives students a comprehensive understanding of electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical administration. Students will gain practical experience in handling EHR systems, transcribing patient orders, maintenance procedures, medical terminology, patient scheduling, patient care, and managing a healthcare office.
Bookkeeping & Accounting Assistant
Bookkeepers are an important part of the accounting process and require a passion for numbers, basic accounting functions, and fundamentals in QuickBooks. This program prepares students for relevant computing skills using Intuit® QuickBooks, the industry leader in managerial accounting software, while enhancing skills in bookkeeping application.
Medical Billing & Coding
Medical billers and coders play a crucial role in the healthcare industry, ensuring that healthcare providers are accurately reimbursed for their services. Medical billing and coding professionals are in high demand, with job opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and insurance companies. In this program, students will learn about translating medical records, coding systems, insurance claims, patient billing, maintaining records, and more.
Pharmacy Technician
In this 12-week online program, students can expect to learn about legal & ethical principles of pharmacology, prescription processing, and operations in a retail-focused environment as a pharmacy technician! This program is designed to help you achieve the National Healthcareer Association Certified Pharmacy Technician credential and gain eligibility for the Texas state licensure.

IT Help Desk Technician
IT Help Desk Technicians play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of an organization's technology infrastructure. In just a few months, you can gain the skills needed to start your career in IT. This dynamic program offers an in-depth introduction to essential IT knowledge and skills, including IT vocabulary, operational troubleshooting, common hardware troubleshooting and more!
Community Health Worker
Community Health Workers serve as vital links between communities and healthcare providers, promoting wellness, and improving access to care. This program equips students with the necessary skills to improve health outcomes, equity, and systems in their communities. Participants will gain skills in health education, advocacy, cultural competency, and resource navigation to address diverse community needs effectively.
Digital Interface Designer
Are you an aspiring designer looking to create impactful designs that communicate ideas and captivate audiences across various media? In this program, participants will learn essential skills in design principles, graphic composition, digital tools, and branding, while gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard software. This field blends creativity and technology to produce impactful visuals for print, web, and multimedia platforms.

Certiport Authorized Testing Center
We maintain National Partnerships with Industry Associations to be approved providers of industry-recognized credential exam test preparation, proctoring, and administration. We also are a Certiport Authorized Testing Center to administer exam proctoring of over 15 certification exams with quality and integrity.
Eligible Training Provider
As a Texas Workforce Commission Eligible Training Provider, we affirm our credibility and strong reputation to deliver credentialed high-growth and high-demand state and industry-recognized vocational programs. Our training programs are recognized by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) eligible for (WIOA)–funded training services. We partner with multiple Workforce Solutions office throughout Texas to coordinate, schedule, and conduct our programs throughout the year.
Adult Education & Literacy
We impact communities and employers by providing innovative solutions to meet your organization's Adult Education Literacy goals. Our curriculum offers Integrated Education and Training (IET) for students to secure industry-relevant certification, obtain or retain employment within in-demand occupational areas, and/or advance to higher levels of future education while attending GED and/or ESL classes

To participate in the program, students must meet the following requirements:

Complete all coursework including homework assignments

Practice personal accountability by emailing or discussing with your Learning Facilitator regarding absences and the timeline to complete missed assignments
